The Roles That Keep Us Running

Inspection Technician

You’ll be the one homeowners rely on to keep their systems compliant and functioning properly. You’ll perform scheduled maintenance inspections, diagnose issues, document findings, and communicate clearly with customers. If you’re detail‑oriented, reliable, and confident in the field, this role is for you.

Repair Technician

You’re the problem‑solver. When something breaks, you’re the one who figures it out and fixes it. You’ll handle troubleshooting, component replacements, electrical and mechanical repairs, and system adjustments. If you like hands‑on work and take pride in doing repairs the right way, you’ll thrive here.

Technician Assistant

You’ll support technicians with digging, site prep, equipment handling, and physical tasks that keep jobs moving. This is a great entry‑level role for someone who wants to learn the trade, work hard, and grow into a technician position over time.

Administrative Staff

You’re the voice and heartbeat of the company. You’ll schedule service calls, coordinate inspections, communicate with customers, manage paperwork, and keep operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, professional, and great with people, this role is essential to our success.
